Paton School Monument Project

The proposed Paton Consolidated School Memories structure will sit near the site of the original Paton School Building. The quiet but elegant structure will be a warm and inviting place where graduates and attendees of Paton School can sit and remember the simpler times of our youth growing up in and around Paton. The six red brick pillars will support some of the original ornate name blocks from the actual school building. The memorable cement top cap, visible from the top front of the high school will once again take its place atop the memorial.

Inside will be the memory bricks that can be purchased, and will forever keep your name in conjunction with the grand old school building.

Also a laser etched granite picture of the Paton schoolhouse in its prime, will adorn one section.

This is a project that will memorialize the Paton Consolidated School for future generations, and we can use your help in the form of a donation or purchase a memorial brick or both. Please stop and see the progress, on this part of history that should not be allowed to fade into the past. From the halls of the Paton School strode Doctors, Lawyers, Astronauts, and some of the finest Americans in the world.
